The Monumental Tombs

The Monumental Graves of both Turgut Ozal (8th President Of Republic of Turkey) and Adnan Menderes (9th Prime Minister of Turkey) were restored by Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality.

The Project was sponsored by Heper Moonlight and realized by the City Lighting and Building Construction Department. 

Lighting design was made by Planlux and the necessary Lighting fixtures were provided by Heper Moonlight.

For the Turgut Ozal Monumental Tomb our products Lotto  and Aqua Pro were used, while Zenit Pro  and Zoom were used for the Adnan Menderes Monumental Tomb.

The Monumental Tomb of Adnan Menderes was evaluated in 2 parts.

By the help of the led lights placed at the window bays, various  reflections were created.

Later, 5 floodlights were placed to emphasize the tomb itself.

Finally with the lights installed at the top of the monument outer lines were made clear.

 

 

 

 

On the other hand, The Turgut Ozal Monumental Tomb is comprised of three parts.

Firstly the upper part of the monument was illuminated by the floodlights placed on the ground.

The lower part was left in the dark to isolate it from the ground and as a final touch the star at the heart of the monument was enlightened softly with the help of the floodlights again placed on the ground.
